Hi everyone

I've tried to cancel my disney plus and followed instructions online but can't seem to.  Phoned up and they said I've got to call back on 24 Sept as this will be the date of the minimum 6 months since i took it out.  Is this the case?

thanks

So many people unable to do this and who knows what advice is correct or not.

O2 say login to your MyO2 and go to your extras to manage them. They say you can cancel from there.

Others say do it online on the Disney website under your account settings and some say to call O2.

In truth, no one has a flippin clue how to do it !!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If this is FREE Disney then it may well be the case.

However, if you are paying for it then the advice is incorrect. You can cancel at any time

Via My O2 under manage my extras.

Via the Disney Website

Via O2 and speaking to an advisor.

Yes...a guide would be nice. Sooner rather than later !! Ridiculous.

A guide is no use unless it's accurate.

All we know is in my reply above and so many have failed to cancel because none of the options work for them.

Once O2 sort out their system so it works correctly, we can write a guide.

Also, it shouldn't make any difference if free or paid for.
Cancelling is cancelling surely?

I'm not on the free option just the 6 month min term - but tried all options under my extras - no mystery 'toggle' that others talk off to turn off. Just logged into Disney plus and it says I've got to go via O2..
