I’m wondering if 02 can unlock my daughters 02 phone she got it for Christmas 2 years ago and just got a new 1 for her birthday but she’s wanting her old phone unlocked to use any network. Can someone help me with this please

Hi @Tonip22 

If the old phone has an O2 sim card in it, all you need to do is download the My O2 App and register with the number in the phone.  

Once complete sign in and tap support at the bottom and select unlock device.

I also have 2 IEMI number 1 is physical and the other is digital what one do I use

The IMEI numbers for the phone should be the same. Use the physical number.
