Thanku i have completed all 3 steps for my nhs discount but was told in o2 shop my partner could add it too as i can reg 2 accounts for discount on both. Did what was told in shop but 2nd account in same house was declined?

Thanks i have did all of the above but it is partners phone i cannot get discount added for. O2 shop promised 25% off tariff for both that is why we upgraded both phones. I have sent PM to Kudas. Tha ks for checking out. I have tried ringing but no joy.
