A couple of weeks ago I upgraded to a samsung A53 and requested a new sim. The new sim didn't seem to work in my phone so put the original sim in, and it worked ok. A couple of weeks on I get no signal and 'emergency calls only' as soon as I leave home and am out of range of my home wifi which uses the 4g wifi option to give me a signal.
I know I live in a poor signal area near home, but I get absolutely no signal anywhere, so no messages reach me, I can't make calls, etc.
Have I done something wrong? Should I have put in the new sim card after the 14 day cooling off period?
Sorry to be so dim, I'm not tech savvy
Any advice would be appreciated
