ok, I recently moved to a pay monthly tariff and i recieved an email last week saying my first bill was ready to view,  I logged into the website and clicked on view my bill and all i got was the following message

 

My O2 section of the o2.co.uk site is not accessible

We're sorry, an application error has occurred. Please try again later

 

so, i thought i would give it a couple of days to see if it would sort itself out. it didn't.  I ended up on the live chat help and they found the problem and said it would be sorted within 3 to 5 days.  that was a week ago and it still isn't sorted. I am still getting the same message.  so any help or advice would be great.

Have you cleared your history, cleared the cache & cookies, tried an alternative browser, used the correct username & password
