I’ve ordered an upgrade two months and still have haven’t had any word back on what’s happening..

iPhones are in very short supply due to Apple manufacturing constraints.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

which phone storage and colour was it? its worth checking your local store to see if they have stock some have it in

Ordered mine on 1st October, just checked on website it it says dispatched on the 22th November and it is now completed, it is click and collect order though, popped into the store this morning and they said they have yet to received my device, one of the staff said it is extremely unusual as it should only take 1 day for the dispatched item to reach the store.

 

Rang customer service, they said there's nothing they can do, went back to the store again they also said there's nothing they can do either!

 

Any advice on this guys?
