The number you have called is not recognized

I just add a number started with 07368(sky sim) in my contact. but when I call this number,it always said  "the number you have called is not recognized, pls...",also the text is not go through . This number call me back is OK. 

How to fix this, pls.

Not yet. I gave up and changed to another sim cards.

Check you have entered the number correctly first, but has the number just been ported to Sky as it might take a while for it to get fully online.
Also check if that number can receive calls and texts from anyone as it could also be a split port.

Thanks a lot.

The other phone can call and text to this number( sky sim), but my phone still can not call and text this number. The strange thing is this number can call me, but the text from this number cannot be received by my phone.

Sounds like a split port or incomplete number transfer.
If so, nothing you can do to fix it - they need to get Sky to help them.
