transfering a number to 02

i have been trying to bring my number with me to 02 but keep getting email saying information incorrect

Usually people think the answer to the security question is there password, which it isn't.

You should have set a security word up at the start of your contract. If you can't remember it, you can reset it in your MyO2.

I would recommend you contact O2 and speak to someone, from your O2 mobile call 202 or from a landline 0344 809 0202.  You can also try using the Keep My Number Form

Hi, you can bring your number over to o2 within 24 hours of taking a contract, you simply get your PAC code from your previous network and give customer services a call and explain you'd like to keep your old number and they'll ask you for this code and it should be active within the 24 hour period.
