I just ordered a new iPhone 11 and took an offer for a case and screen protector. The phone has arrived followed by a text to say the accessory pack is out of stock and they will send it when it comes back in stock. I want to keep my phne safe ASAP so want to cancel this order and get a case etc from somewhere else faster but I can't seem to get through to O2 to talk about this? Any ideas?
