Strange text problem

I can phone my freind and talk she can phone me and talk ok, she can text me ok but I can't text her, I do a *0# test message to her and it comes up on my phone "message delivered" but nothing appears on her phone  I am on 02 she is on Vodafone any ideas please?

Get your friend to check your number not accidentally blocked .

Most android phones have a spam text list.
If you open the message app and go into settings you will see a spam or blocked folder I'll guess your messages are in there.

If I was blocked she wouldn't get my voice calls? besides that it is not a smartfone so blocking would be difficult on Vodafone

If not a smart phone check that there is space on the phone for messages to be received

yes have tried all thanks. I just need to know if its the sim or the phone because phones are cheap enough but the sim still wouldn't work maybe
