I swapped my sim 5 days ago and I’m still without service, o2 aren’t being very helpful saying it’s a system glitch (my husband swapped his a day later and it only took 20minutes). Has anyone else had this issue?

If so, you really need to keep on to customer services, or pop into a local O2 store if you have one close by.

I did and I’ve spoken to o2 multiple times everyday! They just tell me the same thing; there’s been a system glitch, their engineers are working on it and they’d be glad of my cooperation and patience!! Honestly feels like I’m just being put off every time

I've had a similar problem which was only solved by calling constantly 3 or 4 times a day for a week.

Good morning @Jadey108, and sorry to hear you've had some trouble getting this SIM swap sorted! It sounds like it's already being worked on, but I'd like to get one of our gurus to double check what's going on and whether there's anything they can do to help as well slight_smile
