I swapped my sim 5 days ago and I’m still without service, o2 aren’t
being very helpful saying it’s a system glitch (my husband swapped his a
day later and it only took 20minutes). Has anyone else had this issue?
I did and I’ve spoken to o2 multiple times everyday! They just tell me
the same thing; there’s been a system glitch, their engineers are
working on it and they’d be glad of my cooperation and patience!!
Honestly feels like I’m just being put off ever...
