I am being called five or six times a day from customer survey people they just won't stop also getting a credit card company asking me to verifie my new credit card a card I don't have they are asking for pin numbers and leaving voice mails. After all this my bills have been too much  for this month it's double due to being scammed by a remote gaming scam £22 of games utterly fed up I am going to have to change my mobile provider.

The credit card scam will have to be addressed to your bank.

Deeply sorry to hear your difficulties.  Good advice from the Community follow the advice carefully there is every chance that you can get your money refunded, don't lose heart, I know it is time consuming but pursue this until you get your money back.
