Samsung Buds 2 Pro offer

I recently upgraded my phone when there was an offer of getting Samsung buds 2 Pro for £1. I asked in the O2 shop how I did this and was told I would get an email after a month telling what to do. Its been over a month now and I still haven't received an email.  Can anyone help please.

You need to contact O2.
