I seem to have come to a dead-end! I have requested for a PAC code by texting 65075 and the message back says to call 029891 - this number when called FAILED so I then called 202 and this number Failed to connect.

I am using my mobile to call and have good coverage!

So how can I contact O2 to get my PAC code sent to me? 🤔
