Hi I recently sent off a phone for recycling but like an idiot didn't put the order number in.Can it still br traced via postage sticker o2 sent?

It will need someone at O2 to track it down manually so give customer service a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I put it in the box and packaging they sent with the sticker they sent on the top recorded delivery.

Have you checked the tracking number online to see if it's been delivered?

If you pass the Tracking Number to them then they should then find it easier.
