I recently sent my phone off for repair, and received a text asking for proof of purchase. I called the number provided and they said they’d send an email within the next 24 hours. It’s been a few days since then so when can I expect it.

You'll find your proof of purchase in your MyO2, down in the Bills section, @Calvin_22 - Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
If there is nothing there, contact O2 again for a standard insurance letter, via Social Media, links just below this post. Nobody here can access your account to get this info.
