Phone hasn't arrived

I ordered lumia 635 online for click n collect it was supposed to be ready yesterday but wasn't I have spoke to customer service and they said it will be in the store to collect but when called the store they said it wasn't there. I'm worried that it won't arrive

You need to get back onto CS and don't be fobbed off.They need to track your phone and let you know where it is and when it will arrive.
We've had quite a few complaints of out of stock phones recently so do push them for answers.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I can see this happening more frequently in the lead up to Christmas. O2 need to get this delivery/instock system sorted asap. There are going to be many disappointed customers otherwise...:smileysad:

depends on the courier at this time of year they are swamped with deliveries 

 

a few of a our amazon prime orders have taken an extra few days due to back log

Yes but if you add all that to the fact the item is possibly out of stock at O2 anyway.... that creates a bigger problem slight_frown
