I can see this happening more frequently in the lead up to Christmas. O2 need to get this delivery/instock system sorted asap. There are going to be many disappointed customers otherwise...:smileysad:

depends on the courier at this time of year they are swamped with deliveries
a few of a our amazon prime orders have taken an extra few days due to back log

Yes but if you add all that to the fact the item is possibly out of stock at O2 anyway.... that creates a bigger problem
