Ok that puts a different complexion on it. It's possibly out of stock. You should receive an email with a tracking number once the device has been despatched. You should be refunded the billing charge so call them. I really hope you get this for Christmas.....

Absolutely the right thing to do. At least then they will have to admit it's out of stock if that's the case. You certainly shouldn't be paying for a device you haven't received......Please let us know how you get on...
