I ordered the apple iPad4 four days ago, was supposed to receive next day delivery but my o2 app is saying the order hasn’t even been processed yet? I spoke to someone on the chat and was told all the emails I received with legal documents and credit agreements meant that I had passed the credit check and I was just waiting for dispatch, but I haven’t received anything to say it’s out of stock or being dispatched any time soon. If anyone could help me out that’d be much appreciated

If your order has been accepted you will get an email when it's been dispatched. You will then be able to track via My O2.

If you want to CALL O2 and see the status of your order then all numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Hmm yeah that’s why I’m confused, it said in stock when I ordered it, but I’m aware o2 don’t have live stock?

No they don't which is ridiculous for a company these days

Thanks, I got an email saying this with an order number and nothing since, do you know if that means I’ve been accepted? I’m an existing o2 customer and never missed a payment.
The email said:

We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure

delivery.

Aah great, so it’s just taking a while to dispatch? I assume it’s out of stock, but I’ve received nothing saying that. I’ll wait a few more days and try to contact customer service again. Thanks a lot for your help

im in the same situation ordered mine on the 18th may and still waiting havent recied a email last one i got was processing and the docoments sent to me as well. how did you get on
