Online ordering system down?

Hi, I've been trying all afternoon to order a new phone on the website. However, when I go to make the upfront payment it takes my card details, looks like the order is going through, but then pops up with a red error message saying something like "Please correct the errors below". However, there are no errors to correct and it just resets the form back to the start every time.

I've tried multiple browsers, both on my laptop and my phone, and I've tried multiple cards.

Is there a known issue at the moment? Thanks

@daveyboy There’s Always issues with the online system.

Call customer service ornpop in store as it’s less stressful.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@daveyboy Be thankful for small mercies. There's probably a good chance the phone you want isn't in stock, as O2's stock reporting isn't live. Buying online from O2 is never an easy process.
You should also check your credit card statements to make sure none of the upfront payments you made with your various cards haven't been taken.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Nope, still no luck - I've just tried from my work PC and it's the same. I'm going to try to find time to pop into a branch after work this evening, but failing that I'm close to abandoning O2 after all these years and going elsewhere.
