Does anyone know how you submit a written complaint against O2 recycle? They are not an O2 company but are part of the Redeem group.

Did you complain using Resolver in the complaints link? They are much quicker in getting complaints dealt with. I would be inclined to resubmit a complaint through them. 10 working days to respond is the norm but completely unacceptable to me.

I didn't complain. I was told by Martin that it had gone to complaints but they haven't messaed me to let me know that. I haven't heard from them at all since they said I had one last chance to accept the 39 pounds to which I responded no. Where is the complaints resolve bit?

The resolver website is here. Usually gets most issues dealt with quite quickly...
