Please help I’m on the brink of insanity 🤯🥴🤬 there’s probably a simple solution, maybe I’m just having a blonde moment lol.....
All I want to do is forward all calls to voicemail except my favourites in contacts.
I have an iPhone 6+ incase you need to know.

Hi @Emmaful82

I have checked and I can't find anywhere where you can set up call forwarding to all numbers excluding your favourite contacts. You would have to set up call fowarding for each number you want forwarded to voicemail. Leaving the numbers you want free to contact you.

No doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I couldn't find anything, apart from setting up call divert to all numbers in your contact list.

Good luck and welcome yo the forum Welcome

Call forwarding in this sense is still a bit primitive. You could just use software to mute all calls not in your favourites. For iOS I don't know what you can use however on the android platform they are ways to do this. Essentially you need something that can redirect the call as a missed one if not in your favourites list.

Hope this gives you a few ideas.

You could use the do not disturb facility and exclude your favourites.

Apparently iOS has something similar however this should facilitate something similar to your needs.

Yes this sounds like it would be the solution.  The OnePlus 3T I used to have had a switch on the side that allowed you to switch to DND mode, so android has the capability.  I can see no reason why IOS wouldn't too.

Thanks

iOS works the same way as my OP6 does.

All versions of Android work fundamentally the same providing the build of each are not too far apart.

I already provided a link to iOS using do not disturb mode.
