Does anyone know how you submit a written complaint against O2 recycle? They are not an O2 company but are part of the Redeem group.

Update on this. I have had zero response from o2 refresh and last I heard from Martin was a week ago. Apparently it has gone to complaints but I haven't had any response whatsoever.
I don't know whether to go to the police and report as theft or to go through other channels. Does anyone have any advice where to go from here?

Complaints take at least 10 working days to respond to you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Did you complain using Resolver in the complaints link? They are much quicker in getting complaints dealt with. I would be inclined to resubmit a complaint through them. 10 working days to respond is the norm but completely unacceptable to me.

I didn't complain. I was told by Martin that it had gone to complaints but they haven't messaed me to let me know that. I haven't heard from them at all since they said I had one last chance to accept the 39 pounds to which I responded no. Where is the complaints resolve bit?
