O2 recycle £100 extra bonus promo code invalid

Hi I just purchased the iPhone 1, was given the offer to receive an additional £100 when recycling my current iPhone 11.

Following the instructions, I tried to use my order number in the promo code field of the recycle checkout but the code is reported as invalid.

I contacted customer support and they told me to wait for my confirmation email. I received this and have since tried several times to no avail.

Can anyone help with this?

You'll need to call customer service again.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
