O2 Enhanced Trade In Value - Pixel 9

I received my Pixel 9 a month ago, and I was trading in my old phone against this purchase - taking advantage of the extra £150 trade in offer. However Im unable to redeem this offer yet. 

O2 recycle have received my phone, and the trade in value of the phone I have received. 

when I try to redeem on o2recycle.co.uk/redeemoffers  I am being told 

Voucher redemption failed. Invalid order number. Please wait 21 days after despatch or collection of your new device. - I am well past those 21 days

I did contact O2Recycle using their contact us page , but they said they were unable to help me as they have been advised that all promotional values are to be processed by O2. 

If someone can look into this for me, Id greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
