Has anybody has issues with promo codes? I got my code for the galaxy buds2 Pro but it keeps saying code is invalid. I've been trying to talk to O2 from Friday and I just get passed on to someone else or back to virtual assistant which is useless. Anyway I can fix this or help me find the right department to contact
