Order Buds 2 - received parcel today - but only had Samsung claim form in it. Should I expect the buds to be sent out seperately - or has it been mis-packaged ?

Resolved! Leaving O2 but want to keep my Disney+

I'm switching from O2 because I have virtually no signal where I live. I currently have Disney+ through O2 at the discounted rate, and I'd like to keep it (at the full price, obviously) when I leave. Is this easily achievable?
