When an o2.co.uk mailbox becomes full, a message appears in the mailbox:
"Your mailbox is full! It is currently over its allowed capacity. As of now, incoming messages can no longer be received, and they are being returned to the sender indicating your mailbox is full."
Unfortunately, messages are not returned to the sender as they should be. This is a problem since a lot of mailboxes will be shrinking significantly as people are migrated to Sky.

And bullet points in this forum still don't work 😞 (at least not in Firefox)

- Do they not?
- I've never tried before.
- Is it working here?
- If not why so?
Oliver is right, bullet points don't show for me either in Firefox.

I'll see if I can get an update on bullet point issues too.
Cheers, Toby

Thanks Toby, the same issue affects numbered lists too (probably to do with formatting of <ul>, <ol> and <li> in html/css).

So I've looked into the 'Email full' bounce back email topic and this isn't actually a feature that is used in O2 webmail. So webmail members are told that they're inbox is full, but the sender of a message to a webmail account will not receive a notification. As the service will soon be closing, its unlikely that this will be added in the short time until then.
I hope that clears it up!

Toby,
When a mailbox becomes full, the mailbox owner gets this message: "Your mailbox is full! It is currently over its allowed capacity. As of now, incoming messages can no longer be received, and they are being returned to the sender indicating your mailbox is full."
So this text was wrong all along?
