When an o2.co.uk mailbox becomes full, a message appears in the mailbox:
"Your mailbox is full! It is currently over its allowed capacity. As of now, incoming messages can no longer be received, and they are being returned to the sender indicating your mailbox is full."
Unfortunately, messages are not returned to the sender as they should be. This is a problem since a lot of mailboxes will be shrinking significantly as people are migrated to Sky.

I was referring to when someone sends an email to a 'full-up' O2 email account, they will not a message to say the recipient's inbox is full. Does that make sense?
Yes it does. But when a mailbox becomes full the mailbox owner gets a message to say that people sending mail to their now-full mailbox will have their email bounce back.
This message is now proven to be incorrect.
