You'll need to call customer services to set up or change your numbers. I cannot ever remember it working on the wwbsite.

Are you asking about the O2 Family Discount Plan, if so, yes that's still available, full details here:
Have you registered for a Family Plan discount, received confirmation from O2 that it's been applied and yet it's not been? Your post is unclear. If you are having problems, then you need to speak to Customer Services:
Between 8-8:30am is the best time to call to avoid a long wait on hold.
