Hello, I have 4 contracts with O2 personal and  wish to transfer one to business. A) would this be possible b) would I still be able to use a loyalty 20% on the tariff?  Thank you

@Anonymous Call customer service in the morning around 8-8.30 is best

Discounts are only available on refresh tariffs and the only way to change to business would be to start a new contract and transfer the number across, which would mean paying any cancellation fees on the current contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
