Hi all,
Does anyone know if O2 have any restrictions on IP address for the Boostbox?
Am tech support for an ISP, a number of customers Boostboxes aren't working. I've borrowed one for testing and can't get it to run even if given a direct connection to the internet, am wondering if our IP address range is not on a whitelist or something similar.
Cheers

The consumer ones definitely need an IP, they work over broadband connections rather than using the local mast, not sure about the enterprise grade ones though
Just done a little more digging - would appear you are correct, but whenever we phone the support 2nd line we (almost) always get told it is related to either the box needing to be rebooted or a mast issue!!
Found these while Googling:

We had similar issues with the Vodafone ones a couple of years ago, turned out Vodafone thought our IP address block was in Spain, not in the UK, and therefore that the devices shouldn't have been enabled. Had to point them in the direction of the RIPE internet registry to prove otherwise
