hi got s20 end of July with the deal I would get the free buds and wireless head phones. How long does it take to arrive.

@lenny Did you put in a claim on the Samsung site? If you didn't, it's too late now.

I upgraded through their app on the 3rd of August and they had a very similar offer which expired on the 4th of August but I can't see anywhere where I can claim these so called free buds? Help

Read the link carefully as it gives you the dates you can apply from which is 30 days after purchase.
