Hi, I placed an order for JBL wireless headphones and the money was taken from my account but the order didn’t go through as it shows error message “looks like something went wrong give us a call on 202 from your O2 mobile to complete your order” but this number doesn’t exist. There is no order number and if i check my orders it doesn’t appear there so i know it definitely didn’t go through. How can I fix this please?
