Hi everybody I have a direct debit set up on a Nintendo switch plan and can't seem to change it I got through to advisor but they seem to change my phone direct debit not for the Nintendo switch I am trying again with a different advisor. Has any one else had to change the dd for like a watch or accessory let me know how thanks

You should be able to do this quite easily, what are you trying to do change the date or the physical Direct Debit to a different account. 

 

I think don't give them your phone number, but login to myo2 and find the account number from the bill data you can find it here Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 


And then give them the Account Number...

Sadly it's not easy with the switch I can't seem to do it only with phone it was to change dd if not ill reinstead to my old account

My old bank won't let me reinstead so on 02 chat again but that's where they done it wrong maybe just a bad advisor

You should be able to change the payments of your Nintendo switch by logging into your my nintendo account on the Nintendo website or by going into the Nintendo eshop on your Nintendo switch.
