Extra not working

my Disney+ Extra doesn’t seem to work. On my O2 app it shows as active but on my Disney+ it shows as no subscription.

Hi @Salma2 - all the Community info on applying and removing Extras below - make sure the email addresses being used match on O2 and the Disney side, and Disney+ Extras cannot be stacked: Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
