Hi, I upgraded my phone last week and received 6 months Netflix and a tablet. I have tried several times to redeem the Netflix offer and it just keeps telling me I'm not eligible! I've tried it on wi-fi and mobile data. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Can you help me please? When i try to claim the netflix offer after putting code in they sent to my phone it says it's not valid for the offer when I am?

@Planetjanet There's currently an issue with the Netflix offer that's affecting some customers. A fix is being worked on but I don't have an ETA yet. I'll update you as soon as I have news. smiling
