My 3G isn't working

For roughly a week now my 3G service has been down and everyone I know that's on O2 has the same problem. I've looked at the O2 live network for my area and it says there's nothing wrong, I've looked at the planned maintenance list and there's nothing in my area. There is no explanation for the lack of 3G and it's just getting a bit silly now.

Personally I would suggest that be the first thing you do as its most probably not a problem with your phone if others are suffering sometimes these faults do happen but if no one reports them how are they going to get fixed:)

If others in your area are having the same problem it may be a fault that O2 are not aware of have you contacted them about it

I've had an online chat with an O2 adviser, I've talked to two different people from O2 customer services on the phone and none of them really helped. They just told me what I already knew, they all tried to tell me things to do with my handset and my SIM card but nothing worked and I still haven't got 3G

Did you explain that the problem was also affecting others in the area I fail to see how they can try and say its a handset problem if others are affected
