I am trying to conference call two friends, but when I have dialled the second person and then hit Merge Calls I get a message "Unable to merge calls". Any advice, please?

Also be warned that some have reported making conference calls in this way has caused additional charges. Check your tariff for details on things like this in your My o2 account.
