Log in problems

I have a Huawei 5200 - totally confused with passwords!  The password I need to log in to the device is a number - but the username and password to actually see my usage is different.  Default is admin for both.  Recently changed this - as advised - now not being recognised and I have no clue how to change it !  Of course tried help but this threw me to My 02 but their search box produced zero results.

The easiest way for you to sort this is to book an appointment with a guru at an o2 shop.
They can demonstrate how to log on to the dongle, how to view usage and how to use the features.
