Has anyone actually had a live chat , trying for two days now

Hi guys, sorry to hear you had issues connecting to Live Chat towards the end of last week. Just to update, we had a technical issue going on there which made it "stuck" when it was trying to find an available agent - this is due to be fixed this week.

I have tried to log on with a Windows10 virtual machine (same browser: Firefox), and the chat is starting instantly.

Therefore, there is something preventing me to get the chat with my Ubuntu 18.0.4.

I someone has any idea of what is going on, thanks for your help!
