I'm trying to order a SIM only contract, but when I type in my card details, to process the transaction-I get this message.
we're sorry we've been unable to process your transaction please try again later.
No matter how many cards I use, or different browsers...I still get the same problem. O2 live chat said it's a rare error, so I was just wondering why I'm getting it?

If you can just move on and try one of the Virtual Networks, much better value for money than o2 ... especially if you are having to put this much effort in, and this comes up a lot with payment cards not working..
