In the middle of a chat making a new deal and got cut off

I was in the middle of an o2 chat with a guru and it got cut off. I was organising a new contract and he gave me a really good deal but now I don’t know if I can get it. I took a screen shot of the deal he gave me. Is there anyway I will be able to get it?

You would need to contact customer service again to get confirmation.
