@nader As far as I'm aware, you cannot pay using PayPal. Depending on whether you're on a contract or Pay & Go, here are the ways to pay:

If you have a credit or debit card that is not connected to a UK bank, you can top up a Pay & Go sim via this site: https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/top-up
