Please give me a Phone number I can call to talk to a human being to sort out my query/issue - want my bundle to be changed from UKP 15/month (5gb,500min,1000msgs) to UKP 5/month.

Hi @skm you can call customer service on 4445 from your phone or use a landline. Details in the link below. There isn’t a £5 bundle though

You can change your tariff yourself once every month in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

My bottomline - I want to pay no more than UKP 5 per month to train my phone number with some calls and text, and a little data. 1. How do I get that from O2? 2. If not possible, how do I get my number ported out? 3. Can you pl list for me the steps at 4445 - press/type 2, 1, 4 etc., so that I get to talk to a human being straight (I do not get clear guide - press X to talk to a person).

You can't have £5 tariff with O2 so how to get your PAC here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278 but you'll need credit to call 4445.

The other option if you are pay as you go is to swap to the classic tariff.
Instead of getting a bundle you pay for what you use - 3p per minute, 2p per text and 1p per Mb of data.
