So, basically I dropped my Apple Watch and submitted a claim. The claim got approved then the customer service agent took me through the steps to remove the find my watch tracker, as they won’t fix it if it’s still on.
I was then told to package my watch face up, making sure the accessories were removed. Then simply write the claim reference number on the front.
Time slot was arranged... DPD driver showed up with my replacement and said he couldn’t take my parcel? And it wouldn’t be tracked.
Do I need to write anything else on the parcel? Unsure why he won’t take it..
Would appreciate any help 😩

I would post it back to O2 by registered post and get a signature at the O2 end.
