I have an excellent credit rating, yet my new order has been passed to o2’s credit risk team?! Is this normal now?

Never had this issue before when dealing with o2 - the order is usually accepted straight away - and I’ve been told over the phone it could take till Wednesday to sort out!

All this hassle for a £23 a month Apple Watch!

Thinking about just buying one outright from Amazon instead.

O2 have their own rules and your credit score means nothing.

If you can, buy elsewhere as it may be easier for you.

Thank you - I have ordered one through Amazon on my credit card instead.

o2 used to be good and always delivered to me next day in the past.
