this name.. (ianmr65) on O2 community posts. I want it to be either ianrq159 or preferably just Ian159. 

 

 

Seriously the hoop jumping you need to go through cos no-one can be ar$ed to properly integrate legacy Cellnet/BT/MMO2 /Telefonica back office systems is brutal. Still Virgin have it much harder imagine trying to integrate 15 different legacy cable backoffice systems?
